To return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 14 days of the original ship date. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the ship date. To qualify, you must initiate the return by requesting a return authorization number by emailing sales@frontlineessentials.com.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc. Apparel must be unworn and unlaundered.
Anything returned that is not in its original condition will receive a refund in the form of a gift card to our store. We will not refund you with a credit to the credit or debit card used to purchase the item, nor will we send a check to you. The item may also be subject to a restocking fee. Boot orders not in their original condition will not be given credit. Please see further information below for boot returns.
Write your return authorization number on the outside of the package. Place a note with your Purchase Order Number inside the package along with the requested service.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping as well as costs we incur for credit card fees.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item (if the item is in its original condition), less all shipping fees we incur. If you pay by money order, we will refund you by check within 14 days after we receive the item back. If a refund is requested on an order that qualified for the free shipping option, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you.
For all returns and/or exchanges: -Returns and exchanges are handled promptly. -No COD's will be accepted. -A restocking fee may apply. -All sales are final on clearance items, these items may not be returned or exchanged.
Please note: Custom products are not returnable if they were made to your specifications.
If you return a product for a size and/or style exchange, you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product. You will then be charged to re-ship the new product.
Boot Returns: Boots may be returned if upon receipt of your order if you determine the sizing is incorrect. In no way will we accept return of boots due to a sizing problem if they have been used. Your sizing decision and the acceptance of your boots must happen before they are used. Boots returned with any evidence of use will be returned to you and credit denied.
To return merchandise, use the same packaging. Please include a copy of your packing slip. We suggest shipping your return via a trackable method. You are responsible for insuring items that are sent back to us as we will not be responsible for lost items.
When shipping an item back to us the freight must be prepaid.
